Delivery Information

Delivery of products in the territory of the Republic of Serbia is carried out by courier services PostExpress and AKS Express, and in the territory of Kosovo delivery is carried out exclusively by PostExpress. At the discretion of the seller, any transport company can be chosen, and if there is an increase in the cost of shipment, there will be additional agreement with the buyer.

DELIVERY CITIES

- The goods without additional storage conditions (frozen and refrigerated), are delivered to almost any city in Serbia, the delivery time is 2-5 days after payment for the order.

- Products with special storage are delivered only to the following cities:

Arilje, Bela Zemlja, Beograd, Čačak, Ćuprija, Gornji Milanovac, Inđija, Jagodina, Kragujevac, Kraljevo, Kruševac, Laćarak, Niš, Nova Pazova, Novi Sad, Obrenovac, Pančevo, Paraćin, Petrovaradin, Požarevac, Požega, Ruma, , Smederevo, Sremska Mitrovica, Stara Pazova, Subotica, Svilajnac, Šabac, Užice, Vojka, Zrenjanin.

DELIVERY PERIOD

According to Article 32 of the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights, the seller is obliged to deliver the goods within 30 days from the date of conclusion of a distance contract and a contract concluded outside the premises of the enterprise.

The most common time required to prepare and ship orders is up to 5 business days (usually 1-2 business days).

The preparation and delivery time for the shipment may be longer than stated above (5 working days) in exceptional cases, such as large crowds of people, a pandemic, bad weather conditions, etc.

The courier service is obliged to carry out delivery as quickly as possible in accordance with its capabilities and business capabilities.

If multiple items are specified on a purchase order, there is a possibility that not all items will be available in stock at that time. After processing your order, if an item is out of stock, we will contact you by phone number specified when placing your order to arrange a possible replacement. After placing your order, you will receive a notification about the status of your order to your email address.

DELIVERY TIME

Courier services PostExpress and AKS Express deliver items on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. If you are not at the address at the time of delivery, the courier usually contacts you at the phone number you left to agree on a new time for receiving the goods. If you are still not at the address, the parcel will be left at the post office. In case of delivery by PostExpress courier service, the couriers will inform you that it is possible to pick up the parcel at your delivery post office.

COST OF DELIVERY

For all orders made exclusively through the website www.dobropivo.rs or www.dobropivo.com, the cost of which is equal to or exceeds 8,000 dinars, delivery is free of charge. In the case of orders that have a redemption value, free shipping applies to the physical shipping costs, while the costs associated with the redemption value are borne by the recipient.

Delivery costs for items under 8,000 dinars are calculated in accordance with the normal price list of courier services and we, as the sender, have no influence on them. Shipping costs are collected and billed solely by the courier service and, as stated on the cart completion page, we do not calculate or charge them.

If you are sent a product that requires special storage conditions and the courier service was ready to deliver the product, but you were unable to receive it, you cannot have the right to a refund for the product and make claims, because packaging of the product does not imply its storage without refrigeration for more than 8 hours. The goods that are returned to us will no longer be suitable for further sale.

If you have not received a product that does not have special storage conditions, then our company will withhold delivery costs, and you can return the rest of the money, re-order the product or choose another one, and if necessary, pay the required amount.
